Practical Pistol

2-hour course that focuses on developing unconscious competence with your pistol. Course content includes preparation for drills included in the FBI Pistol Qualification (reloads, strong- and weak-hand only shooting, strings of fire, shooting from various distances, and transitioning between shooting positions). Complementary to Holster draw class and builds on the foundation set in that class.

• • Full size (Glock 17 or equivalent) or compact pistol (Glock 19 or equivalent, no back up guns or revolvers)
  • Eye Protection (sunglasses are acceptable)
  • Electronic Hearing Protection
  • Sturdy Belt (non-cloth, must be able to hold up the weight of a pistol and magazine holder)
  • 3 magazines (10 round minimum)
  • Magazine Holster
